Who we are

South Florida Restoration Co is a marketing company, not a restoration contractor. We answer calls placed through this website and pass each one to an independent water damage restoration company that serves the caller's area. South Florida Restoration Co does not perform restoration, mitigation, mold remediation, cleaning, repair or construction work, and does not employ the technicians who do.

Who does the work

Every job is done by independent, licensed and insured water damage restoration companies. Each one is responsible for its own work, pricing, estimates, scheduling, licensing, insurance, warranties and customer communication. Any agreement for services is made directly between the property owner and that company. Before work begins, ask for a written estimate and for any license or certification that applies to the job.

How we are paid

Callers are not charged by South Florida Restoration Co for calling or for using this website. South Florida Restoration Co may be paid by restoration companies or lead partners for calls and inquiries. Restoration work itself is priced and billed by the company that performs it.

Availability

The phone line is available 24/7. Availability of a restoration company, arrival times and the scope of work depend on the company that takes the call and on local conditions. No arrival time or result is guaranteed.
